1. Commercial Mixed Use building at Parvatipuram, Andhra Pradesh

Location: Parvatipuram, Andhra Pradesh

Project duration: 2014 to 2015

Project Summary: Commercial Mixed Use building consisting of shops, office space, restaurant and hotel rooms.

2. Cultural Center at Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Project duration: 2011

Project Summary: The design uses Earth Sheltering as a means to blend the building with the landscape.

Project Components:
- 700 seater auditorium / function hall
- Outdoor amphitheater / Sculpture court
- Party lawns, Earth sheltered pavilions
- 2 dining halls
- Guest rooms

3. Commercial Complex at Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Project duration: 2011

Project Summary: The design uses the triangular shape of the site to derive the three dimensional composition of surfaces and volumes.

Project components:
- Shops. showrooms, offices
- Restaurants, banquet halls
- Guest rooms, rooftop cafe

4. Factory for Quiver Technologies

Location: Cherlapally, Hyderabad

Project duration: 2011

Project Summary: The design tries to amalgamate the functions of Workshop and Office space in one composite construct held together by a Central Courtyard.

Project Components:
- Factory / Workshop
- Administrative offices
- Material storage facilities
- Lounge & Cafeteria

5. Circuit House for Govt of Andhra Pradesh

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Project duration: 2007

Project Summary: Chosen as the 1st prize winning proposal in a design competition for a Circuit House building with a built up area of 40,000 sq.ft.

6. Auditorium at Kakatiya University

Location: Warangal, Telangana

Project duration: 2006

Project Summary: This proposal was chosen as the first prize winning entry in a design competition. The project is a 1200 seater university at Kakatiya University.

The locally prevalent Chalukyan temple Architecture comprises cells each of which is a star. With this inspiration, the form of the proposed auditorium was derived by rotation of squares.
